I love clouds! Here in Colorado the clouds pop against the blue sky.
 This painting "Aria", is one in a series of clouds.

This was painted plein air with a palette knife.

Sage was painted while on a trip through the back roads of New Mexico.

The sun was almost down, the clouds were as blue grey as the mountains.

So serene. I love to capture the colors. One of my mentors told me to look and the colors were there.

Well, not...............

it has taken years to see the "colors".(more on this later).
